Yummy Green Smoothie


One blender full of baby spinach
Approx 1 1/2 cups of cold water
2-3 cups of frozen fruit of your choice
1 banana
2 Tbl of ground flax

Pulse and puree spinach and water till well blended, then add fruit till creamy. Add ground flax then blend again.

Makes 2 big servings or a few little ones depends on you.

  1. I challenge you to go outside your comfort zone and try this because it doesn't taste "green" at all. My husband asked me if I put an energy boost in it because he felt like he was more alert. Needless to say he was surprised with the ingredients. It's yummy
