Red Cabbage Salad with Pears and Walnuts
1 Tbs. plus 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 Tbs. grape seed oil
2 tsp. pomegranate syrup or juice
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/2 head red cabbage, cut in half, sliced very thin (4 cups)
1 barlett pear, sliced
1/2 cup toasted walnut pieces
1/3 cup red onion sliced VERY thin
1. cup stuff up, make dressing, and serve
PER 1 cup: 125 calories serves 6

This is a good salad. Great way to eat cabbage and really easy.
